Both Dr. Jones and Dr. Serdahl are members in good standing of the Sacramento/El Dorado/Yolo County Medical Society, The California Medical Association, the California Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Medical Society.

Both Dr. Serdahl and Dr. Jones are board certified in Ophthalmology and specialize in treating patients with cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and macular degeneration. Our office also sees patients for routine eye exams including glasses and contact lenses and has a full service optical shop.
Both doctors routinely see patients from all over northern California and Nevada seeking second opinions and continuing care for cataract surgery. Utilizing the latest technology available, our success rate in restoring vision after cataract surgery is among the highest in the United States.

Dr. Jones and Dr. Serdahl also offer Lasik surgery to patients in their private surgery center (Capital City Surgery Center).
